Alex has always been passionate about transforming the way we connect to each other, and has spent over a decade working in organizational development. During her time in this field, she discovered that the trust and connection between colleagues affect not only the bottom line of a business but also its trajectory. Her passion is helping leaders feel empowered to create cultures where people are excited about their work because they feel a strong sense of purpose and belonging. As cofounder and CEO of Barometer XP, Alex uses play and games to assess team culture and the work environments, and facilitate transformative play experiences that result in consistently high performing, inclusive, and resilient teams (and workplace cultures).
She hold degress in psychology and public policy, and has over a decade of experience in public health research, public policy, and operations management. This gives her a unique perspective on how people and processes can align just right to create inclusive, connected, and creative teams that achieve gigantic goals. Her experience in cultivating psychologically safe and playful spaces has resulted in altered results, cultures, and leadership in every company she's worked in.
